Nature Food was founded in 2012 by Mr. Manop Kaewkoi, a young social entrepreneur from a farming family in Thailand.

Mr. Manop Kaewkoi graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand's leading institution for advanced education and research in engineering, science, and technology. Its motto is "One and a Pillar for Society." Mr. Manop Kaewkoi is dedicated to researching and developing sustainable agricultural and food products to create value and export food products to international markets, especially in the Middle East. This initiative aims to help develop markets and increase income for farmers in rural areas of Thailand, thereby addressing the poverty faced by millions of farmers.

The company focuses on developing small farms to meet international safety standards for agricultural product production, working with over 6,500 farmers in Thailand. It exports organic rice and sustainable food products from Thailand to international markets worldwide.

Education

2012: Graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand. (Awarded a KMITL full scholarship for the entire undergraduate program, designated for students from financially disadvantaged families).

2018, Completed a Professional Certificate program in Retort Sterilization Supervisor, specializing in Thermal Process Control for pasteurization and sterilization processes in food production packed in sealed containers with low-acid and acidified foods, issued by the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, Thailand.

2018, participated in the workshop on Blockchain: Applying Distributed Ledger Technology to Government and Trade, organized by the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand and IBM.

2019, Completed a Professional Certificate program as a Process Authority at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, in collaboration with the Food and Drug Administration, Thailand.

2022, Completed the New International Commerce Course for Executives (NIC2E) with a scholarship supported by the ASEAN Institute and the Ministry of Commerce, at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

2025, Completed the NVIDIA AI Infrastructure and Operations Fundamentals course, gaining foundational knowledge in AI infrastructure and operations.

2013, Founded a social enterprise, “NatureFood,” focused on the production and export of organic rice to support community development.

2020, Served as a Subcommittee Advisor to the Thai Parliament, focusing on the impact of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) on Thailand's economy and small-scale farming sector.

2020, Became a Member of the American Chemical Society, USA.

2024 - Present, AI Data Annotation professional with a focus on delivering high-quality annotated data to support the development of world-class AI models.
